The Profitable Month Formula: Design Your Month for Peak Performance & Personal Sanity
Lawyers, are you secretly Googling “beachfront tiny homes” between client calls?
(It’s okay. We’ve all been there.)
Because your practice is profitable…
…but only if you sacrifice your time, your sanity, and every ounce of free space in your calendar.
You’re exhausted from:
Chasing billable hours (because your income depends on your team’s performance)
Managing over-demanding clients who treat your boundaries like suggestions
Holding together a growing firm with duct tape, delegation, and a prayer
I’ve worked with hundreds of lawyers to help them create highly profitable and peaceful practices.
Here’s what I know for SURE:
Working longer hours won’t fix this.
What will fix it?
The Profitable Month Formula Masterclass: Design Your Month for Peak Performance & Personal Sanity

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
✅ Structure your month around specific high-value activities that build your reputation AND your revenue (without burning out)
✅ Write and publish content easily and quickly that positions you as the go-to expert in your field, even if you don’t think you’re a “writer”
✅ Build genuine relationships with potential clients and referral sources that result in ideal clients and referrals, without feeling manipulative or exhausted

You've Got Questions, We've Got Answers . . .
I don’t have time for this. This isn’t quite a question, but I want to tackle this. I will record the session, so you can come back to it later. You will experience the greatest impact at this workshop if you come in person because you’ll get to connect with other lawyers and have life guidance from me. It’s not a time suck, but an investment in your practice that will pay off with increased billables and/or revenue.
Will this meet the needs of my particular practice? One thing that every single lawyer I’ve connected with has in common is that all you feel like you have too much coming at you too quickly. The field doesn’t matter. I promise you, your type of practice doesn’t matter. You will gain the concrete skills you need to take charge of your practice.
But what if I’ve done this before and it didn’t work? Have you tried specifically tackling the problem of dealing with everyone’s priorities coming at you too quickly without a way to deal with them? Have you tried leveraging your non-billable hours to create the practice you want and to make sure you hit your billable hours? That’s what this workshop is designed to handle.
This sounds too “soft” or “touchy-feely” for lawyers. We hear your concern. However, we know that we, as lawyers, find ourselves in a state of fight, flight, or freeze, this compromises our ability to serve our clients and deliver what we want because we can’t think clearly and/or prioritize what needs to be done. When serving clients is on the line, we have to marry the soft work with the practice of law so we’re functioning at our best.
Is this truly worth the investment? What if one hour and $27 could become $27,000 dollars because you had a strategy and approach to bringing more clients to your firm? What if you earned that bonus this year because you’re no longer hoping to have the billables handled for said bonus? That looks like excellent ROI.
What if I have other questions? Feel free to contact us at info@resistantvision.com and we’d be delighted to answer any other questions you may have.
My hope for you, and why I entered this business, is for you to have a clear roadmap to create the kind of practice you want, no matter what stage of your legal career you’re at. I want you to have as much control over your practice as possible.
We can build that together.
